| On the third night of Hanukkah, Jacob Lebovich, 3, of Bellingham, holds a cup while Rabbi Schneur Z. Hayes of Ottawa, Ontario, tips an olive press to get all the olive juice out, before making it into olive oil during an event sponsored Tuesday by Chabad of Bellingham/Whatcom County at the Quality Inn. After pressing, the liquid is put into a centrifuge, which separates the oil from the juice. Hayes used the oil to light a menorah. |
